Ruth joined the team at Capital over 30 years ago in 1989. She serves in a senior administrative role, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business. Additionally, Ruth serves as the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, assuring compliance with all state and federal rules and regulations, including the required registrations of the firm and its employees. Ruth is an Advisor and is also involved in new business development. She holds a degree from Concordia University and is a Registered Investment Advisor representative.
